Evexia Thrive, a new range of gluten-free fresh filled and unfilled pasta, is launching into retail outlets and is now being stocked in Sainsbury’s stores. The range consists of gluten free penne, chickpea fusilli, spinach and ricotta tortelloni and tomato and mozzarella tortelloni. Produced by Ugo Foods, the range is a response to more consumers looking for alternative gluten free options that still taste like the real thing. Evexia Penne Gluten Free and Evexia Chickpea Fusilli Gluten Free come in 300g bags and have an RRP of £2, while Evexia Ricotta Spinach Tortelloni Gluten Free and Evexia Mozzarella Tortelloni Gluten Free come in 250g packs and retail at £2.50.
